Features needed of the Candidate to be Franchised The oldest and the most recognized franchises such as Days Inn, Hertz, KFK, Mc Donald's, among others admit that the success of the Net depends not only on the permanent advice and the transmission of knowledge they can give to their franchised, but also that success depends on the management and human capacity of the franchised. However, Axum cannot be satisfied with a candidate who has these qualities If he only wants to give the capital of the work, trusting, the management and administration to the employees; It is also necessary to be in charge of the enterprise, even though the employees are very well paid and trained, they are never going to have the same motivation as the person who has invested in the business. According to this, we invite the persons who are interested in having a franchise (Axum or not) to ask themselves Do I have the necessary features to become a franchised? Of course, the franchisee will evaluate carefully all the candidates and he will admit or accept the person who has the characteristics reacquired to play the role of a franchised. Add up your "Yes" answered, If the "yes" gotten are between a) 10 to 13. You are the perfect man to be franchised. b) 7 to 9.
