Negotiation Process In any negotiation process there are two or more parts that are involved, the main objective is the interchange of interests; one part buys and the other sells; in order to have a satisfactory process, the total convenience for both parts in this negotiation should prevail then. As you can observe, in this Dossier, many of the answers of these questions are given; others, should be considered in personal contacts. Naturally, in these contacts the franchisee will also have the opportunity to know the interested person in the franchise, observing if he has the ideal characteristics of a franchised that Axum wants and guarantees the success in the new point of selling, keeping in this way the image of the mark and of course, the inversion of the franchised already existing. Plans of plant and perspective of the merchandise that will be shown and the location of the administrative areas. 2. Plans of decoration of the place. 3. Programmer of the objectives in time with date of inauguration. The franchised must pay 45% in four quotas distributed in the time the work lasts. Once the works have finished and the place is equipped the "Contract of Franchise" will be signed, two days before the inauguration of the store. In this act the franchisee will give the franchised the Manual of rules and procedures and the Technical Manual, which will rule the processes and conducts to be followed by the franchised. The 30% left will be financed to 8 months, as it is mentioned in "Costs and way of payment of the franchise". |
