Franchise Contract The concession of an Axum Franchise is made in two stages, In the first one, the works of equipment and decoration of the place are made where the obligations of both the franchisee and franchised are established through the contract Option to Franchise, and in the second stage it is established the way how the commercial management has to be carried out, which agreed in the Franchise Contract.
